I'm sure there is a term for this but I don't know it so I'll have to describe it...I've been puppy searching for awhile now. I've seen a few Yorkie pups with their tongues hanging out their mouths a little and it seems they always have it out. Is that permanant? Don't get me wrong...I think it is so cute
but what exactly causes that? Will they be just as healthy?
