If you have the address for the guy who sold it to you than I would go to the house to speak with him if you do not I would google the phone number to see if you can find the address. If you can not get his address I would call the police and ask them how to handle the situation. Some people without thinking keep there important papers in the glove box of there car I hate to think it but the car could be stolen. If you can not get a hold of the man that sold it to you it really is in your best interest to go to the police, so you are not held liable for anything regarding this.
