I have 2 yorkies, never heard of yorkies having smelly feet, and don't have that problem with my two. If it's that bad you might want to have your vet check her to make sure it's not due to an infection or something similar. Also my yorkies are inside most time and walk on the sidewalk when outside, rarely in grass or dirt, so maybe that can have an impact on smelly or not smelly feet.
