I spray both of mine 1x a day (2 sprays for each one). On the bottle, it says for maintinence, just spray them 1x every 3 days. I like the spray and would definitely recommend it. My don't necessarily LOVE it.... but they will allow me to use it, so its a keeper in my book! |
