Help! Katy has been trained for months on her pads. Now, all of a sudden, if she doesn't get her way, she will pee on the carpet. She recently learned how to go upstairs. Well, I went up there and she had peed and pooped on the carpet. I blocked the stairs off. well, this morning because I stopped playing, she got mad and peed on the carpet. I gave her a one hour time out. Is this rebellion normal???????
