I have a 4month old yorkie poo and her name is coco. I start training her when i first got her. I use potty pads and news paper. Some reason she likes the newspapers better but any way now she is starting to get it. I put her in a cage where I can see her and she can see me. I taught her when I say go to bed she goes into her cage and stay there. Of course I had to used tricks to get her to understand go to bed. We take long walks outside so she is getting used to going outside instead of the pee pad or newspapers. The bitting is a problem but she is calming down a bit because I brought her all these chew toys so whenever she starts to bite I say no and give her a toy she can chew. Just give your dog the love and support it needs they will soon realized they are safe. This is my first puppy and I must say its really fun to see how she picks up things and how well she listens. Its sometimes nerve wrecking but its also fun at times. |
