Hi! Were in Brooklyn too! Francie has 2 baby teeth pulled when she was spayed at 9 months. Most vets do it while they are under to avoid any unecessary anesthesia. My vet was neglegent to the breed and didn't reccomend a dental until age 6. My advice would be to have one done sooner as to avoid extractions. But sometimes there is nothing you can do, its genetic. |
