I agree with a couple people here, first find out why hubby doesn't want the pup to go. Then see what you can work out from there, maybe they need to take turns. Maybe they are competing for your attention? Some men get jealous of babies taking attention from them so why not a dog? I also wonder if it's because you are both young. We will have been married 25 years next month and my hubby loves our Yorkie, he tells her she can go with us sometimes after I tell her she can't.
