That must have been a very scary incident. I am so glad that your precious little Jackson is ok!!! It is very unfortunate when people let their dogs run, especially when they are grumpy. We live on 14 acres in the country - the closest house is about 1/4 mile away. BUT daily we see "neighborhood" dogs roaming through our yard and leaving presents
