yikes,that sounds terrible...the lowes here allows them and I know what you mean....once someone had a large cocker spaniel in a buggy that went crazy everytime some walked by,it was really annoying

around here bailee has been to the mall(jc pennys,belks,american eagle,hollister,abercrombie,etc)we stayed away from the food court though
lowes
big lots
target
walmart
and many others

the only place we dont go are resturants or the grocery store.we once went to andys in a pinch(i dont like to make a habit of it) and the waitress noticed my bag looked like a dog bag.She said"awwwww do you have a dog in there?" she didnt sound like she was gonna kick me out,she just wanted to see her but i said it was her bag but she wasnt with us today(i was tooo hungrey to be kicked out lol)she seemed pretty ok with it though
