The majority of the time when people brought their dogs into the Lowes here, they were large dogs and the owners were not controling them as they should. On more than one occasion, we had larger dogs that the owners allowed to just walk right up to us--stranger dogs, particularly large ones REALLY freak my daughter out and it would result in her climbing me like a tree in a panic. Not exactly my idea fo fun. of Apparently it got to be a pretty common complaint if they changed their policies.
