I think it would be a good question to ask your Vet. How long a period of time is needed to build the immunity in her bloodstream, before the titre can be done.
Hon, talk to Princess Laya's breeder, find out how long she is willing to keep her for you. If you don't have anyone to puppysit for you, I will do it.
