I used Royal Canin on the boys for 1 year. They did great,small stools,no stomach or skin problems. But, both dogs teeth started to get alot of tartar and plaque on them. I checked ingredients and they have a glaze like coating on the food. It's bad for their teeth. I am in the middle of switching them to Wellness Super 5 Mix as I type this. It has de-boned Chicken in it. They were slow to take to it last week when we started, But now they eat it with no complaints. The pieces are a little larger, But Sammy is 15 pounds and Baron is 7 pounds. RC had a 2 star rating on the food ratings charts and Wellness had 6 stars. So I am happy with my choice to switch to a better ingredient dog food.
