Were you contacting the right department. There are so many departments to the government, if you don;t get the right on - they don't care about you. And it is not their job (they think) to tell you that. If you did get ahold of the right department - send your complaint by handwriting your letting - it means more to them. And find out what their issue or main topic bill is, etc.. so they become interested. Talk to your representative in your area - he/she knows they will need your vote next time they run and remind them if necessary. Remember too - that loudest noise gets the oil. Good luck.
