I know bureacracies are frustrating, but I can tell you as a former employee of a state agency, you're better off to write your angry letter and keep it in your desk to refer to when you're mad. Then write another one dripping with sweetness and send that. Bureaucrats KNOW you're at their mercy and if they don't like your manner, your complaint can "migrate" to the bottom of the pile -- over and over and over again. So for gratification, be mad, but for results, you'll catch more flies with honey, as the saying goes. |
