Animal Smiley 049 Blowing air out of nose (sneezing?)

Hi everyone. My yorkie Frederick has been acting strangely the past few days. He first was coughing and then started sneezing. The cough went away quickly, but now he is constanty blowing bursts of air out of his nose. Every now and then he has a real sneeze, but mostly it is just these bursts of air. He isn't as active as usual either. He will still play, but he is not constantly begging to play like he normally does. He almost acts like something is stuck in his nose, but I dont think anything could really be in his nose. The vet prescribed a steroid for allergies, but he has had 4 doses, and no change. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help!!!
