Your Yorkie is becoming independant and showing that little Yorkie side of stubborness, LOL.
Maybe have a very long lead, like really long. And when you are outside with her and she goes far, continue to call her back once. If she ignores you, call her again and pull her in w/ the lead. Praise praise and more praise.
I've heard this training technique works very well.
