Do any of your yorkies have doogie doors? Genghis has one that leads to a patio, where we put a patch of grass that he does his business on. It's the type of pet door that fits into the sliding glass door and is not a permanent fixture. Anyway yesterday we got a letter from HOA saying that we need to submit an application for the door, wtf? it's just like patio furniture, it can be removed. Why should we have to submit an application for this?
I'm so frustrated. We've only lived here since mid march and we've already gotten two letters from HOA. I think we are paying HOA too much and they have too much time on their hands...
