I thought he sounded flat too. I generally don't hear the amazing voice others hear/heard in him. I was just a huge fan of his personality. He made me smile throughout his competition. I still hope for the best for him as he should have a loyal following so that helps as he's young and cute and so sweet I just want to go up and pinch his cheeks.
