Perhaps you would feel more comfortable giving away the items or selling them than using them. However, if you can use them with your new one, I would at least try.
They are just things...especially those that are barely used. Generally we pick out pet's items that are to our taste, don't we? My guess is that your taste and style is still the same even without your sweet Millie.
You have created a beautiful memorial tribute to her and honored her memory. I wouldn't let the "things" detract from the memorial you have chosen to make for her. If there are items that are too painful to use, I'd try to give them away or sell them whenever you are strong enough.
These are just my opinions and you have to work it out as to what is best for you and your mourning, I think. Try to remember though that those are just "things" ... they are not her spirit or her essence but just things she used while she was here. It is her that you mourn not the things.
