Believe it or not Morkies are a very popular breed and among the top (mutts)
searched. I have a Shorkie, s**tzu 1/2, Yorkie 1/2. She looked 100 percent Yorkie when she was born including colors. Now her coors have been changing non stop. Thought she was going to be silver then, she srted changing colors again. She now has to liver spots on her head. That just broke the Yorkie on hr. The liver colored spots are her Mom coming thru. She is white and liver/red in coloring.
BUT, I knew I was buyig a Shorkie because that is what I was looking for.
Jemma turned 5 months on Monday and is now 3 pounds 9 ounces. She hit a growth spurt, lol. I'm hoping she'll hit between 6-8 pounds. The teeny weeny ones just scare me to death,as fragile as they are. I'm seeing way too many people changing the Yorkie to be a teeny breed. Too small IMO! And I suspect that they could have more medical problems. So sad. People will risk breeding to make them smaller, not considering the health problems that can occur. All for the love of money....sheesh
I've taken some pictures of my baby and am posting them now in her album.
Take a peek and see what a Shorkie looks like, lol
