He is definately a Yorkie! Both ours never stood up and they are abosolutely beautiful. Both have very thick hair coats too. I would let nature take its course, it'll be best for you and your little guy. We love the floppy look, just make sure to dry the inside of their ears gently or better yet use a hairdryer on low to insure no water stays in the ear!
