So maybe I will have to do the worming again before they leave? This all seems so silly when the parents never had worms. Seems like you ought to be able to bring in stool samples and save the puppies from all that poison.

To the OP -- since laws and circumstances do vary, I would check with your vet to see.

Vaccines shouldn't be completed until 16-18 weeks because of maternal antibody interference. Your pups may be unprotected if the vaccines are stopped at 12 weeks...
