I give about 1/8th-1/4 tsp in the evening. I don't use capsules bc they were just too much of a hassle for me

. I use Ark Naturals Royal Coat bc in add'n to the EPA/DHA, it also has LA and GLA, which is really good for skin (and it has Vit a/d/e).

Also, dogs need to be given Vit E when giving fish oils - so also give about 10 IU of E.
