Vitamin E as complement of salmon oil? Can E be given without the fish oil?
I always though that fish oil was high on vit A, which is not easy to be released by the body and high dosages or if given for to long can damage the liver, is this true? Is there a difference between fish oil and salmon oil in specific? What proportion should I use oil/vit e ?
