I really don't know the vet, breeders or groomers, but, chocolate yorkies are not rare, that is a big fault. Like I said, biewers are expensive dogs, mine is very very tiny at 10 mos. but, she didn't cost me anywhere near that price, and she doesn't have fualts. I think maybe $500-$1000 and the $1000 is actually on the high side, would be more realistic!
