My girl Maya has gotten pancreatitis and has had the same symptoms as your baby. Maya had gotten to the point where she was throwing up almost daily. What has really helped her was placing her on a special bland diet: Hills Prescription Diet ID. Thanks to this diet Maya has been vomiting less and there has been no more doggy hospital stays. You may want to talk to your vet about it.
