OMG, I'M SO SORRY my heart is breaking for you and your family...
WE HAVE A POOL TOO and i worry about this daily.

My last yorkie (14yr) fell in with my hubby sitting in a chair across from her, he scooped her out. (we think her sight failed her then)

Our new baby,was following me walking around the pool, not looking and fell in. SCOOPED HIM OUT! THIS SCARES ME, he loves walking along the edge, i thought for sure b/c of his fall he would never get around it again..NOPE he walks the edge all the time!!! When i scold him to get away, he goes right back.
