I am so sorry to hear about your Sweet Pea. My mom lost a 16yr old poodle to drowning in her backyard many years ago. She was devastated. I agree that you have to try to immediatly replace the bad thoughts with happy memories. It is hard to do, but dwelling on the bad thoughts will really drag you down. Just try to STOP your brain and redirect it when that happens. I hope you get some peace.
