Oh, dear! What a horrible experience for you!

Contact the breeder right away and let her know what happened. Hopefully she'll be professional and refund your money right away. Do not accept a "replacement" puppy from this breeder! You don't want to go through the same thing twice.

Also, don't bury the puppy in case a necropsy needs to be done. I'd suggest calling your vet and asking if they could keep the puppy there until this is worked out.
