 What is an IP relay call?
I've had 2 of these calls in the last couple of weeks. There is an operator on the other end with a foreign accent and she gives me her operator number...tells me she has an IP relay call and asks if I am familiar with this type of call. I tell her I don't want anything to do with it unless she can tell me who is calling and she just says please wait for the caller to begin...so I hang up.
