I am getting SO sick and tired of seeing unleashed dogs in my area, and it's always the BIG dogs. It's not fair to constantly have to bend over and pick my dog up every time a big dog is headed towards us unleashed. Yesterday, on our 50 min walk, I noticed at least 15 (maybe 20) big dogs off-leash.
