The young age, small size, and the comfortis than seizure is something to think about...hmmmm....

I am surprised that you got results back so soon The Protein C test MUST be sent to Cornell University (via over night delivery) and usually don't get results until at least a week later And the Protein C test comes back as a %

Under 70% leans towards LS
Above 70% leans towards MVD

Roxy also needs to have one leg repaired from her first LP surgery that is luxating again, but I would never have them do a biopsy at the same time, too much going on, longer under the anthethsia, etc...
