Now a good time to get him fixed, so marking will never come inside. Joey loves to mark outside, but we got him fixed around 7 months, and he's never marked inside. They do calm down, but I think part of that is just age. He'll still bark at people and other dogs, and get hyper when he sees someone new. There are things you can do to lessen this behavior, and training helps, but you need to be consistent.
