That is NASTY! I would be pissed.
And luckily, I don't have to pick up any poop a majority of the time because of where we live. It's basically on a big farm and just makes it way into the dirt, or the rain washes it away to the bottom of the hill, LOL.
But whenever I take him to parks or neighborhoods, I always have a little plastic bag with me to pick it up.
