I have decided people are just lazy or irresponsible. I live in a high rise building, so there is carpet in the hallways between the units. For WEEKS, every time I'd leave my place there would be a new dog poop in the hallway on the carpet. What is wrong with people?!?!?! It's gross enough when people don't pick it up out of the grass or on the sidewalk (where you are sure to step in it), but in the hallway of our building?!?!?!
