I am so soryy for your loss. My Pom had congestive heart failure and was doing good on meds then one day in February my dtr called me and said I better come home Maya was breathing really bad so I ran her to her vets and they took her and but her in on oxygen and meds and said they would call me in 1 1/2 hours to update me. Less than an hour went by and my vet called and said there wasn't anything they could do for her and that she had stopped breathing but restarted her heart herselfbut was unresponsive and pin fluid was coming out of her nose. I went back to the vet and she didn't recognize anything going on you could touch her eye and no response and I sae the pink blood coming out. We then let her go to the Rainbow Bridge. I think the vet said something like the pin fluid was her body was so full of fluids from the heart not working that they were leaking out. Like you Maya was ok, not in good health but ok then all of a sudden was gone. My heart goes out to you. |
