Hi, that's the problem I am facing. When she presented symptoms the vet performed surgery on her to correct it. She continued to worsen after the correction surgery. I took her to a specialist who suggested a surgery to correct the condition. I asked the specialist if he thought the first surgery was incorrect or ineccesary. The specialist said that since it had been already performed he couldn't tell. I don't think he wanted to get the other vet in trouble.

I have tried to get the breeder to replace her his lawyer claims that she had to be put down because of the vet's negligence.

I have the two parties pointing fingers at each other.
