Layla doesn't have GME, she has a liver shunt. I am still in shock, but for some reason feel comfort in knowing it's not GME. She still acts a little weak. They say she might only live for up to one more year,but they don't really know. She isn't a candidate for surgery so she was put on medication to help with her symptoms. The Vet said the goal is to control the symptoms for a good life until the end. Thank you to everyone who helped me through this last weekend and your prayers.
