If you are flying to pick her up, I would want more info than red-ish mother? (that is not correct) If you are not paying much and willing to take this gamble ok but I don't think she sounds like an experienced breeder.
It really takes a lot of looking to find a nce quality yorkshire terrier. Where did you hear about her? If she can't email pictures of the pup and parents, could she mail pictures? Does she guarantee her pups for at least one year?
Remember though, it's better to pay a bit more in the beginning than to have lots of vet bills down the road.
