your description of a silky/yorkie is correct and you sound very skeptical
of this breeder i believe that it would be in your best interest to keep looking you do not sound like you would be happy with a bigger puppy
wait and get what your heart is set on and you will be happier for it plus a
happy well adjusted puppy, you know they are just as happy as we are.
maybe you can find a baby here on YT there are some beauties here just ask and i bet you get several offers.
