Hello all,

I've been lurking for a little while and it sounds like there is a lot of experience and knowledge here.

I own Sophie a very spoiled 9 month old yorkie. Up till now, I've only had Sophie's face and feet hair clipped when I have her groomed. Her hair isn't overly long, but it isn't short either. I'm thinking of something shorter and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Also, she doesn't hold her ears up, any suggestions there? When we got her, they had most of her ear shaved, but the groomer says Sophie won't let them do much more than tip them. I've heard about taping their ears, but I'm scared I might end up doing it wrong and hurting her. We have 3 real kids (20, 18 and 7), but Sophie is still our baby.
