I was told she had a congenital malformation, he performed surgery and her condition worsened. When I took her to a specialist. I was told that surgery was needed to repair the problem. I had to put her down shortly. Now the breeder won't take responsiblity because they claim the surgery was unnecesary. I am left with no furbaby and no one claiming responsibility.
If I take the breeder or the vet to court I will be spending thousands that I don't have. I have already spent at least $5,000 on surgery and the price I paid for her. |

Maybe you can go to the website for your state and see if there is a contact person for this type of complaint. My state has a form on their website that you print and fill out if you have a complaint against a vet.
