I think everyone has their ideas as to what makes a show breeder, you will always have a wide variety of opinions. The person you are describing to me sounds like a show breeder but they may not be of the caliber of a breeder that Nancy1999 described in her post. There are good and bad breeders, even in the show world. But I must also say that there is a lot of malicious gossip and out right lies that goes on among breeders and not just show breeders.
