awgh you are too sweet!! and I too hope he gets better soon. The vet said it may get worse before it gets better.. I think she's right.. he has been coughing a lot this a.m
peanut - Thank you, it means a lot. We missed her and are glad to have the time we do with her while she's here.

the vet appt went well, but Gucci seems to be coughing more today .. hopefully it gets better soon.

Thank you for all the great suggestions, I am going to boil him some chicken and rice this afternoon.. maybe that will soothe his throat some. Would chicken broth be ok as well or is that bad for them? and do I have to remove the fat from the water?
I too have no choice but to give the hydrocodone, he is coughing like a madman this morning and he needs it .. poor baby.. yesterday he was happy but at the same time, he just wanted to be loved.
maxmom - thank you for checking in, he slept decent MOST of the night.. it seems to be a lil worse this a.m though
