IMHO Chi's are not worth the money. there are so many other BETTER flat irons than a Chi. i've heard that your hair gets caught in the plates with Chi's and they wear out fast.. meaning they don't get hot as they first do when its brand new. i think Chi's are only popular because most of the major hair salon chains carry it to sell in their stores.. who knows.
i currently own the paul mitchell smooth works flat iron & a GHD IV styler (LOVE IT!) superfast heat up and the plates glide smoothly down your hair. if i flat iron my hair it will last up to 3 days (in good weather of course) & i have naturally wavy hair |
Where did you get your GHD from?? The Plugged brand I got works great on the dog and I have just used it the last two days and IT is snagging my hair in the plates or the sides of it or something, anyway I have long hair and can't deal with that...are they pricey???
Thanks
