Remind me again of what belly bands are. Do they cover adequately?
I tend to make sure there is no medical problem causing a behaviour before I try training or behaviour modification. If the vet says your baby has no bladder or kidney problems, then you've got a behaviour problem to correct.

You can buy belly bands on eBay for less than $10. Since my only boy came to me house trained and neutered, I've never had a need for them. But you should check the eBay ads...some of them have very informative write ups. You could also post a thread here asking YT members about their use/experiences. I don't think belly bands are a permanent solution...I think training is. But the bands will at least offer some protection to your home and furnishings while you are doing the training.
