ok here is something else to consider. I am a show breeder. When I sell a pet puppy I don't always ask a lot of money.
However, a potential pet buyer specifically looking for a cheap yorkie is a huge red flag for me. Why? Well, bets are that if something happens they are not going to be able to afford a Vet bill or don't want to pay a big Vet bill or want to surrender it because it ends up costing way more to own and care properly for one than what they paid buying one cheap.
I sold a pup about 7 years ago didn't ask a lot of money but felt very confident with the buyers and their dog ownership history. Two weeks after they got him he jumped off the side of a chair broke a front leg. My instincts were right, they had him properly vetted and leg fixed to the tune of $2000.
