Just to let you know, whole corn is not listed on the ingredients for Loyall 26/19 or the 31/20 as stated on this forum. I have a friend that is an Ag Major, he has shown me that chicken has more water then the chicken by product. Even though a bag of pet food has chicken listed at number 1, you are paying for the first indredient to be water not something your pet can get anything from. The reason to worry about whole corn in a dog food is that the non TDN from corn can get bound up in their kidneys cause kidney failure. This comes from a friend that had a dog on a major leading pet food company that had this problem. We believe the Loyall is one of the best out there, and they have done the research on the pet feeds that they are producing. The ingredients they have are all for specific reasons and not just as fillers. As an example, the chicken by product used is for natural sources of Glucosamine and Omega 6 fatty acids. They do not use the man made Glucosamine product in this feed that they themselves produce and sell to everyone else.
