Thank you for your input. The balcony is safe but I appreciated your
comments about the elements. I didn't know if the cold would affect her health. She normally hates the cold. She had calmed down today thank goodness. The baby pigeons have doubled in size in one week. I pick her up and show them to her just so she knows what the cooing is all about.
